Better Hope Community Development (BHCD) TVET Centre is a leading vocational training and employment hub in Baidoa, Southwest State, Somalia, dedicated to empowering youth, women, and marginalized communities through skills development and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
At the heart of our mission is the BHCD Job Centre, a dynamic platform that bridges the gap between skilled professionals and employment opportunities. The Job Centre connects trained individuals—such as plumbers, electricians, carpenters, beauticians, and other artisans—with clients and businesses in need of their services. By facilitating direct linkages between job seekers and employers, we enhance income generation,
reduce unemployment and strengthen local economies
Clients needing services can either walk in or contact the centre through a hotline/email or using our social media platforms to request skilled workers.
